Hard restarts haven’t worked, I’ve taken out the battery and took the plug out after I had turned it off and pressed the power button a few times just to make sure it was reset, turned it back on, I’ve done this before too and it still gets infinitely stuck on that screen.

I finally got to the bios screen, I’ve set the boot order to check for dvds and usbs first, but now when I restart it just goes back to the bios screen no matter what I press.
