Spent most of the day watching videos and reading documentation to no avail. This is nice feature but it is not always perfect. I have had the same results at my workplace and our users are furious. I could not even find an option in Acrobat X that would set all of the text to one font when saving as Word either Word option. Now that Acrobat XI has been released, perhaps they have fixed it or added more options, but that does not substantiate ruining the feature in Acrobat X and forcing us to pay for the new version—it would only be right if they released an update to fix this issue.
